The Board of Directors is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Royal Unibrew Group and for ensuring that business is managed in a sound, responsible, and lawful manner. The Board oversees the Group’s organizational structure, financial performance, and operational results, and continuously evaluates the work of the Executive Management.
The Executive Management team of Royal Unibrew Group is responsible for the daily operations and strategy execution. Together with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Growth Leadership Team (GLT), they drive short- and long-term goals, leveraging broad expertise to realize our ambition of becoming THE PREFERRED CHOICE as beverage partner in local markets.
The Executive Management is supported by two dedicated leadership bodies: The Senior Leadership Team and the Growth Leadership Team. Together, they are responsible for executing the Group's strategy and driving our ambition to be THE PREFERRED CHOICE as the local beverage partner in each of our markets.
Senior Leadership Team (SLT)
The Senior Leadership Team consists of five experienced leaders, including the Executive Management, who undertake important roles in the Group. The SLT maintains a long-term perspective, concentrating on sustained growth, commercial anchoring, and fostering the development of Royal Unibrew’s business and talents.
Growth Leadership Team (GLT)
The Growth Leadership Team drives alignment on strategy and commercial practices to ensure sustainable growth while strengthening the business and developing top talent. The GLT consists of 17 members, including the SLT, group function leaders and country managers with deep expertise in their fields.
