Our strong local portfolios of own brands are supported by renowned international partner brands. We aim to stay relevant by offering broad brand portfolios in local markets. We operate in both non-alcoholic and alcoholic segments, incl. no/low sugar and no/low alcohol, meeting diverse occasions and preferences. We see strong growth in categories such as no/low sugar CSD, energy, enhanced water, RTD, and premium beverages, which offer higher margins than our avg. Group margin, making them a key priority.

Strong Route-to-Market Operations

We operate two complementary models: multi-beverage in larger, established markets, offering a full beverage portfolio supported by integrated production and route-to-market, and multi-niche in smaller-scale markets, focusing on selected categories and brands. Our portfolio covers beverage categories suited for ambient storage and aligned with our production and logistics capabilities, enabling value chain scale benefits. This optimizes asset utilization, sales and logistics efficiency, and productivity.
