We closely monitor workplace safety and employee well-being, including how safe, included, and respected our people feel. We have initiated the following initiatives:

  • Safety campaigns across all production sites
  • Development of basic safety principles and sharing of best practices across markets

Our goal is clear: reduce our Lost Time Incident Frequency (LTIF) by 20% year over year and, at the same time, reduce the severity of incidents.
