Application
When the application deadline has passed, we carefully review all applications. We then decide which candidates we want to invite for a first interview.
First Interview
The purpose of the first interview is to determine if there is a good match between your professional and personal competencies and what we are looking for in the current position. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to learn more about Royal Unibrew as a company and workplace.
After the interviews, we evaluate and decide which candidates to invite for a second interview. Everyone who has attended the first interview will receive personal feedback, regardless of whether they proceed in the process or not.
Second Interview
In this interview, the responsible hiring manager will again participate, and often a representative from HR will also be present. After the second round of interviews, we decide who we want to offer the position to.
Before making a final decision, we will, in consultation with you, obtain references from previous employers or colleagues.
Everyone who has attended the second interview will receive personal feedback.
Employment
At Royal Unibrew, we prioritize giving our new colleagues a strong start. It is important to us that you quickly feel at home and become a natural part of your team. To support this, we ensure a thorough introduction to your tasks, your department, and the company as a whole.
Before your first working day, you will receive a welcome email with all the practical information you need, along with a plan for your initial period with us. In collaboration with HR, your manager will prepare a tailored onboarding program to provide you with the best possible foundation.
We encourage you to take an active role in your own onboarding. Ask questions, seek out knowledge, and engage with your new colleagues – this is the best way to get off to a great start.
