Ceres is the largest imported beer brand in Italy in the premium beer segment and has contributed to giving many people a more varied taste in beverages in this traditionally wine-drinking country. Strong Ale is the largest single brand. The latest product from Ceres is the elegant Old 9.
Strong Ale is brewed at Ceres Bryggerierne in Denmark. Strong Ale has a distinct vinous character. However, it is not a heavy beer since raw grain (maize) has been used to soften the taste. Drink chilled, preferably in large, stemmed glasses. Why not have a beer with your steak instead of a glass of red wine?
