Royal Stout is one of our oldest beers. It is sometimes called a 'mild porter'. This old beer variety is made using Pilsen malt, Munich malt and dark roasted malt. The milder taste is achieved by restricting the malt and using a portion of raw grain (maize and glucose).
Colour: Because of the use of roasted malt Stout is black and has a brown head.
Taste: Royal Stout is a heavyweight beer, but the Ceres yeast makes it easier to handle than other 'black' beers. It has certain feminine characteristics in the form of mildness and sweetness.
Serve: This beer can be drunk in many more contexts than you might immediately think. Try it with dessert … Can be drunk at room temperature and improves with age …
Ingredients: Water, malt, maize, hops, colour (E150c).
Package:33 cl bottle 6 pack, 25 L keg Alc. Volume:7.7%
