1. Collection of personal data

You will always be informed before personal data about you is collected. The personal data collected may include, for instance, your name, email address, post address, date of birth, current employment status, photo, job experience, education, username, password, etc.

It will be clear from the forms used to collect personal data, whether the requested information is required or optional. Careers

Please be informed that this website allows for the submission of job applications for the following companies which are part of the Royal Unibrew Group:

The Group companies in Denmark, Finland and Italy will receive applications for jobs in their respective jurisdictions. Accordingly, each Group company is the data controller in relation to the applications targeted at the individual company. Neither company can access job applications targeted at other of the said Group companies.

Please be informed that when applying for listed jobs in our Baltic Group companies (OÜ Royal Unibrew Eesti (Estonia), SIA ”Cido Grupa” (Latvia), UAB Kalnapilio-Tauro Grupe (Lithuania) and UAB Prie Nevezio (Lithuania)), you submit your personal data to the online portal CV-Online, which is owned and administered by third parties (please see section 8 on links to other websites). Our Baltic Group companies will obtain your application from the said third parties, and share your application between the Baltic Group companies.

Further, Royal Unibrew A/S (Denmark) has access to applications for IT-related vacancies in Oy Hartwall Ab (Finland), to procurement related vacancies in our Baltic Group companies and in Oy Hartwall Ab (Finland) and to management related vacancies in UAB Prie Nevezio (Lithuania) and Ceres SpA (Italy).

When you chose a country on the subpage “Careers”, you automatically chose this country as target country, and, accordingly, you target any résumés and job applications that you may submit at the Group company/companies based in this country.

The processing of your personal data with regard to the Careers function is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a potential contract. Accordingly, the processing of your personal data is necessary in order to evaluate your profile and qualifications in determining if you are the right match for a vacancy. This constitutes the basis for processing your personal data with regard to the Careers function. The basis of the exchange of your personal data between the Group companies as described above is our legitimate interest in this transmission, due to the internal administrative and organisational structure of our Group companies.

 

a) Profiles or user accounts

The purpose of the processing of personal data is to manage profiles or user accounts.

 

b) Job database

The purpose of the processing of personal data in relation to the job database is to match job seekers who have registered in the database with job vacancies.

 

c) Job agent

The purpose of the processing of personal data in relation to the job agent is to match job seekers who have registered in the database with job vacancies and to notify job seekers registered in the job database of vacancies matching their profiles.

 

d) Recruitment portal

The purpose of the processing of personal data in relation to the recruitment portal is to process the received job applications and find the right match in order to fill a vacancy.

 

Administration of customer relationships

If you are a customer (consumer or business customer), supplier or business partner of Royal Unibrew, we will handle your personal data (e.g. contact details and bank account data) primarily for the purposes of maintaining the customer relationship/business relationship with you and in order for us to perform contracts entered into between you and Royal Unibrew.

 

Investor

Processing of your personal data in relation to the Investor function is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into an agreement. Accordingly, the processing of your personal data is necessary in order to meet your requests for e.g. email notifications, receiving publications etc. The processing may also be based on your consent in relation to some functions (e.g. in relation to responding to queries submitted by you via the contact form). Please find the conditions for giving your consent in section 4 below.

Personal data in relation to the Investor function is collected and processed by Royal Unibrew A/S, unless otherwise specified.

 

a) Registering for email notifications

The purpose of the processing of personal data in relation to the email notification function is to notify interested parties that have signed up for this service, receive new financial information by email.

The e-mail notifications function is provided by Nasdaq.

 

b) Registering for the shareholder briefcase

The purpose of the processing of personal data in relation to the shareholders briefcase service is to give interested parties access to our Investor Relations website.

The shareholder briefcase is provided by Nasdaq.

 

c) InvestorPortal

Royal Unibrew does not collect or process your personal data in relation to the Investor Portal.

The InvesterPortal is administered by VP Investor Services (please see section 8 on links to other websites).

 

d) Contact form

The purpose of the processing of personal data in relation to the contact form is to provide inquirers with the requested information.

 

Marketing, including newsletters and competitions

We use your personal data to provide you with product information, newsletters and other marketing material via e-mail if you have provided your prior and explicit consent thereto. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at contact@royalunibrew.com or by using the “unsubscribe” link in the communication.

We note that Royal Unibrew shall only use your personal data in order to send you product information, newsletters and other marketing material via e-mail if you have provided your prior and explicit consent hereto, unless applicable legislation allows us to contact you without such consent.

If you participate in competitions promoted by Royal Unibrew (e.g. via one of Royal Unibrew’s websites, social media, stores selling Royal Unibrew products, etc.) we will process the personal data provided by you in order to administer the competition.

When participating in a specific competition, you will be informed of the competition terms and conditions and receive further information about the processing of your personal data in this regard.

We will also process your personal data when you submit scratch tickets with your contact information on.

The processing of your personal data will in regard to the above primarily be based on our legitimate interest in conducting marketing activities.
